Terrific LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS pet shop. Carries local treats and wears. Carries my dog food in the size bag I need. Great location on a corner easy to find parking for Hertel (no $ parking spots). Owner is kind and caring. Clean and well organized shop, lots of space, easy to find what you want and just browse.

Stopped in to shop for our Granddog, had an amazing experience. First off, didn't realize they have a great selection of cat items and a great cat adoption area too. Awesome selection of high quality items for both cats and dogs at super reasonable prices. But really the best experience was with the staff, very friendly and helpful, you've got a customer for life.

My favorite local shop with a loving owner, who deeply cares about what she can offer to your four-legged family member. The service is exemplary: I once inquired about toys for little dogs, and on my next visit to Buffalo, I saw Lisa had stocked toys that are small enough for my little one. They are some of his favorite toys he has ever had. Always worth a visit if you are in the area!

A wonderful friendly-staffed local boutique pet store with a seriously solid selection of quality pet supplies. All of the items/brands they stock appear to be 'hand-picked' as they're all seemingly high quality. The only thing 'missing' (not missed) from this store is the cheap junk that falls apart the instant your dog even looks at it. They have a section in the back of the store that stocks various foods. They have really unique pet collars and leashes that I have not seen anywhere else. They have locally home-made treats and snacks as well as plenty of chew and puzzle toys for your furry friend, too. This is the ideal place to shop for a gift for a pet-loving friend or family member. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

This place is amazing, and I would recommend to anyone! They have the best products for great prices and knowledgeable staff. On top of that, they let me schedule a separate time for my reactive dog to come in and shop when there wouldn't be other dogs around!! Absolutely amazing customer service. Will certainly be returning!

Fantastic Quality Products. I stopped shopping the big box and online pet stores to support this local business. I get better quality, better service all for the same or lower price. All locals need to check this place out!!!!!

We had traveled from Scottsdale AZ to Buffalo NY for an event and my wife and I ventured into Daisy’s Doghouse, because we are always looking for quality products for our dogs Bear and Rocky. WOW, what a find, great high quality products, fantastic service and great pricing. We had so much fun, we even got to meet the owner Lisa and she could not have been more gracious and was very knowledgeable. We will now always be a Daisy’s Doghouse client!!

Absolutely adorable place. This place has the most comprehensive inventory of pet related toys and treats. We bought a cute bunny toy for our doodle, who usually destroys her toys in about 48 hours. This one is holding up really well after a week and hasn't lost any appendages. We wanna bring her in to the store next time to pick out her favorite toy herself.
